Is there going to be a Savage Worlds version of MG?

Not any time in the near future, but I won't discount the possibility. I think it'd be a cool setting/sourcebook for SW, however a number of obstacles exist beyond a mere conversion. The T20 version was built from open source materials, so, unlike some of our other works, this would require an exhaustive rewrite from the ground up, and our time is pretty much allocated at present.

I understand. Open Source RPG material seems to be more of a double-edged sword these days than back in the early 00s.

Hiya Matt,

It's not that so much, honestly, it's just that we're really swamped at the moment, so spare time is hard to come by. MG was wending its way through development right around the time I sealed the Chaosium deal and RoC demands lots of attention. (That's what pushed out ID.) However, I'm open to any suggestions/questions you may have on hashing out the big guys for SW.

Take care,

Sean
