Rougher Than Some

Today was a tough day in the mines. I had numerous distractions, but I managed to hit my goals. However, the guys are going to be here shortly, so I have to prepare the madness awaiting them. Stuff I can’t talk about, because I don’t want to ruin any surprises in their continuing battles against eldritch forces in Echo of Dead Leaves playtesting.

Hopefully, I’ll come back later invigorated to ruminate a bit more, but I didn’t want to miss a beat. Today’s tip: drown out distractions by jumping on outstanding business items. If things are making it impossible to write, take a few moments to work on more analytical things, and hopefully the distractions shall disappear and you can heartily resume your regularly scheduled writing.
